Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a service before work starts and receive a full refund.

  • If work has already begun, cancellation is allowed but partial charges may apply based on completed work.

2. Refunds

  • No refunds are provided after final delivery or when 75% or more of the service is completed.

  • For ongoing monthly services (like social media, SEO), you can cancel before the next billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email your cancellation/refund request to billing@mydiginest.in within 7 days of payment.

  • Mention your project name, service, and reason.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Paid ad spend (e.g., Google Ads budget)

  • Domain, hosting, or third-party purchases made on your behalf

  • Consultation/strategy fees once the session is delivered
