Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellations
You may cancel a service before work starts and receive a full refund.
If work has already begun, cancellation is allowed but partial charges may apply based on completed work.
2. Refunds
No refunds are provided after final delivery or when 75% or more of the service is completed.
For ongoing monthly services (like social media, SEO), you can cancel before the next billing cycle.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email your cancellation/refund request to billing@mydiginest.in within 7 days of payment.
Mention your project name, service, and reason.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Paid ad spend (e.g., Google Ads budget)
Domain, hosting, or third-party purchases made on your behalf
Consultation/strategy fees once the session is delivered
